Scope of works
To break out and remove the existing keyclamp barrier.
To supply materials and construct a DDA compliant kissing gate comprising a 1.5m wide single leaf 5 bar gate with a square sawn timber surround.
To supply and install an infill bay of post and rail to close of the gap between the kissing gate and the stock fencing.
To supply and fit 150 x 48mm square sawn timbers to the kissing gate surround to form a base, lay a geotextile membrane and fill with type 1 stone and compact.
