Q. Do you offer free site surveys?

A. Yes we offer a ‘no obligation’ free site survey and can provide you with a fixed price for supply and installation.

Q. What areas do you cover?

A. On a daily basis we cover all of London & the South East, however for larger projects we cover nationwide, Ireland and Europe.

Q. Do you price smaller projects as well as large projects?

A. Yes we cover from small repairs to major projects.

Q. Do you offer supply only?

A. Yes we offer prices for supply only and can deliver nationwide and Europe.

Q. What sectors do you cover?

A. We cover all areas including education, rail, utilities, solar and construction.

Q. Do you employ your own installers?

A. Yes all of our installers are fully employed by Four Seasons Fencing Ltd.

Q. Are your employee’s qualified?

A. All of our employee’s go through a continual development and improvement programme and hold certification to include PTS, CSCS, Manual Handling, CITB, First Aid, Abrasive Wheels and Cat Scanning.

Q. Do you cat scan prior to excavation?

A. All installations are Cat scanned prior to ground braking and in accordance with our Health & Safety Policy. All projects have a method statement and risk assessment carried out prior to commencement of any works.

Q. Do you have a Health & Safety Policy.

A. Yes we do have a Health & Safety policy and all work is carried out in accordance to this policy.

Q. Are your timber products treated?

A. Yes our timber products are supplied already pressure treated.

Q. How long will my Timber last?

A. All our timber posts are treated to give a 15 year service life.

Q. What is your stock availability?

A. We hold massive stocks at our warehouse ready to take away same day.

Q. Can you deliver my order?

A. Yes we offer a delivery service, we try our best to arrange a date and time to suit you.

Q. Can I collect my order instead of choosing delivery?

A. Yes you can collect your order from our warehouse.

Q. Can I return an item?

A. Goods must be returned to us within 14 days of the date of purchase, in a saleable condition accompanied with proof of purchase and will incur an administration charge. Any goods that have been ordered, machined or specially produced by Four Seasons Fencing ltd are non-refundable. Any shortages or damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
