Project Description
We were appointed by Peel Ports to carry out the replacement of the perimeter fencing to the Sheerness Steelworks site on the Isle of Sheppey. The works comprised major cutting back of trees and scrub in order to get the new fence line installed along the original line.
The new fencing specification comprised approximately 1700 linear metres of 2.4m high 358 Prison Mesh, fixed on ‘Y’ posts complete with 450mm Concertina Razor Wire. In all, we installed 4 sets of double leaf access gates to match the fence specification.
