Scope of works
Area 1
To supply and install approximately 41.0m of 1.8m high featheredge timber fencing along the boundary of the car park and neighbouring property. All fencing as per below specification. Made up with a modular system. All posts set in suitable concrete foundations.
Posts 100 x 100 x 2400mm, square sawn flat top timber posts c/w 3 mortices.
Arris Rails 3 No. 2 Ex 75 x 75 x 3.0m arris rails, ended to suit mortices.
Gravel Board 1 No. 150 x 22 x 3.0m timber gravel board, c/w timber fixing cleats.
Featheredge Clad with 2 Ex 100 x 22 x 1650mm featheredge, overlapping 25mm.
Finish Green Treated – painting/staining by others
Area 2
To supply and install approximately 57m of 1.8m high timber closeboard fencing to the boundary of the car park and the pitch side including 1no. single access gate and 1no. 4.0m vehicle access. Starting at the property boundary and running up the start of the stand and close off the gap. All existing fencing to be removed and recycled accordingly. All fencing as per below specification
Posts 100 x 100 x 2400mm concrete morticed.
Arris Rails 3 No. 2 Ex 75 x 75 x 2.4m arris rails, ended to suit mortices.
Gravel Board 1 No. 150 x 50 x 2285m concrete gravel board, c/w galv 2 pin cleats.
Featheredge Clad with 2 Ex 100 x 22 x 1650mm featheredge, overlapping 25mm.
Centre Stump 1 No. 50 x 50 x 450mm square sawn centre stump, to support lower aris rail.
Gates 1no. manual single gate 900mm wide c/w ring latch, hinges and padbolt.
1no. manual double gate 4.0m wide steel framed c/w padlockable slide latch
