The mesh’s green or brown finish blends with hedgerows, satisfying planners while letting CCTV see through unimpeded. Quick-fit clamps accelerate installation, shortening programmes. It remains our most specified system on UK solar farms.
Tornado R13/192/15 Wire
Where rural aesthetics and livestock containment are paramount, our Tornado Solar specification delivers. The R13/192/15 design uses 13 horizontal lines, including twin solid stay wires, with 192 cm overall height and 15 cm vertical spacing—tall enough to exclude deer yet safe for sheep grazing beneath panels. The Torus StayTight knot forms a smooth, pressure-bonded joint stronger than hinge types, so the fence keeps tension after ground heave or stock impact. High-tensile 2.5 mm wire resists cutting and sagging in extreme weather. Timber strainers and posts are creosote-treated for longevity, and the system carries a 10-year guarantee with optional galvanised stock gates.
