At FSF Fencing Supplies, we proudly offer the LM Bateman Devon Cattle Crush, a high-quality livestock handling solution designed to make cattle management easier and more efficient. This crush is ideal for farmers looking to reduce labor while maintaining control and safety when working with their herds. The Devon crush is the first in the LM Bateman range to feature an automatic head yoke, making it an excellent choice for both beef and dairy operations.
The Devon Cattle Crush is built to last, with premium materials that ensure durability and long-term reliability. The heavy-duty construction is designed to handle the rigours of daily use on busy farms, whether you’re managing a large beef herd or a dairy operation. One of the key features that sets this crush apart is its automatic head yoke, which allows for easier, one-person operation. The automatic yoke ensures that the animal is safely and securely restrained with minimal effort from the handler, making it especially beneficial for farmers with limited labor resources.
The Devon Cattle Crush is loaded with features that improve the ease and efficiency of cattle handling:
- Automatic Head Yoke: The automatic yoke secures the animal’s head without the need for manual adjustments, reducing labor and improving efficiency.
- Yoke Width Adjustment: Six adjustable width settings ensure the yoke can accommodate a wide range of cattle sizes.
- Full Access Side Doors: Spring-loaded side doors provide full access to the animal for inspection and treatment.
- Anti-Slip Bars and Chequer Plate Flooring: The anti-slip floor design enhances safety for the animal by preventing slipping.
- Forklift Brackets: These brackets make it easy to transport and reposition the crush with standard farm machinery.
- Drop-Down Rump Bar: The ratchet-style rump bar ensures the animal is securely restrained from the rear.
- Safety Rope and Cleat: An extra safety feature to secure the crush during operation.
