Covid-19 FAQs

What safety procedures do you have in place?

Our shop is now open to customers.  We are restricted to two customers in the shop at one time and we ask that all customers keep a 2m distance at all times.  We have a protective screen in place at the shop counter and we ask that customers use the hand sanitiser available.

We are asking anyone, whether collecting fencing or delivering raw materials; to observe the 2m rule as well and not to enter any areas that have prohibited signs on. This is for the safety of yourselves and our members of staff. All employees that can work from home are doing so.

Are you still offering delivery?

Under current advice it is safe to make and receive deliveries.  Our staff keep a 2m distance at all times and will be happy to deliver your order in a safe place of your choice.  In order for us to maintain a safe delivery service, we ask all customers to also keep a 2m distance at all times.  Alternatively you can request to collect your order from our warehouse, free of charge.

We are still experiencing a delay certain products such high demand, meaning prolonged lead times and your delivery may take longer than expected.  We will notify you if your order is affected and we will inform you of an estimated delivery as soon as we can, please bear with us.

How can I contact you?

You can contact our service team by phone 01233 820240 (Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm, or Saturday 8am – 12pm), email us at info@fourseasonsfencing.co.uk, or fill out our contact us mormon our website.

Are all your products still available?

We are working hard with our suppliers to get our stock available as quickly as possible.  It’s a little unpredictable at the moment and we don’t always know when stock is coming.  If any products you have ordered are being delayed or aren’t currently available, we will notify you immediately.

We are making every effort to continue as ‘Business as Usual’ if anyone can call this usual.  We would like to thank you for your patience, understanding and continued support.
