A design and build scheme, carried out by our sister company Cole Construct Ltd, to construct a bespoke self storage warehouse building. With a 1,450m2 floor area on each of the three floors, the structure will provide the client with a flagship facility to complement their extensive portfolio. 

Four Seasons Fencing was responsible for the perimiter fencing and entrance gates. We chose to install a state of the art fully automated cantilever sliding gate with a mesh panel fence system around the perimiter. Both gates and fencing were galvanised and powder coated to match the clients corporate colours. With the system supplied by Betafence and installed by Four Seasons Fencing the entire system comes with a full manufacturing, coating and installation 10 year guarantee.

The entire project was completed on target ...... 22 weeks from date of order.
